Football has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember, as both a player and as a profession. I've experienced the highs, the setbacks, and the lessons that shape every individual's journey, and those experiences are what inspired me to create James Keeley Football with one purpose: to help ambitious players maximise their potential.
After experiencing multiple injuries during my own playing career, my ambition shifted from reaching the highest level as a player to helping others reach theirs. That journey has shaped my philosophy and fuels everything we do at JK Football.
Over the past seven years, I've worked across grassroots, academy, and professional football environments, including roles with Manchester City and Oxford United Academy. Those experiences taught me that meaningful player development extends far beyond technical coaching. It requires high-quality education, honest feedback, individual support, and an environment that challenges players to improve every day.
