These terms govern your use of the JK Football website, our coaching and performance-analysis services, and the JK Pro platform. By enquiring, booking, or creating a JK Pro account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Coaching and performance-analysis services begin with an enquiry. Sessions are confirmed, and payment arranged, once a plan is agreed. Prices are provided on enquiry. Where sessions involve young players, a parent or guardian must complete our consent form, and our safeguarding practices (including Garda vetting) apply.
JK Pro is a professional tool for football practitioners and is available worldwide. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details and two-factor authentication secure. You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date. If you use JK Pro from outside Ireland, you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you, including laws on recording information about players.
If you record information about players using JK Pro — in reports, player records, the calendar or co-pilot conversations — you are responsible for having a proper lawful basis and, where a player is a child, the appropriate parental consent to record and store that information. By entering player data you confirm that you have this permission. You agree to keep records minimal and not to enter dates of birth, health, medical or other sensitive information.
Data-processing terms. For the player data you enter, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. We will: process that data only to provide JK Pro to you and on your instructions as set out in these terms; keep it confidential and secure; use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (and tell you of changes there); help you respond to requests from the people concerned; tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting it; and delete it when you delete it or close your account.
TO CONFIRM (reviewer) — confirm these data-processing terms meet GDPR Article 28 for coaches acting as controllers, or replace them with a separate data-processing addendum.Price. JK Pro costs €6.49 per month, billed in euro, monthly in advance, through our payment provider, Stripe. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees. There is no free trial. JK Football is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added; if that changes, we will tell you before it affects your price.
TO CONFIRM (James/accountant) — the VAT position for selling a digital service to consumers in Ireland, the UK and the rest of the EU (see the VAT/OSS task).Renewal. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the monthly fee until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments; your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give refunds for part-used months, except as set out below.
Your 14-day cancellation right. If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for any reason. Because JK Pro starts immediately when you subscribe (which you ask for when you subscribe), if you cancel within those 14 days we will refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the days you had access. We will make any refund within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause access to JK Pro until it is resolved. Your content is kept while your account remains open.
You agree to use the website and platform lawfully and respectfully. The AI features provide analysis and guidance for football and sport only; they will not engage with content that is explicit, outside football/sport, or that raises a safeguarding concern. You must not attempt to break the platform's security, access other users' data, upload harmful files, or misuse the service. Only upload documents you have the right to store (for example your own certificates and session plans), and don't upload other people's sensitive personal data.
JK Pro uses AI to turn your notes into structured reports, suggest drills and answer questions in the co-pilot. This is a support tool to assist your own professional judgement. It is not a substitute for professional medical, safeguarding, legal or other specialist advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make. Output can contain errors — please review it before relying on it.
Calendar reminders and suggestions are a convenience to help you keep on top of your work. We do our best to make them accurate, but you should not rely on them as your only record of sessions, fixtures or deadlines.
The website, platform, branding and content are owned by JK Football. The content you create in your account (your notes, reports, plans, drills and records) remains yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it to provide the service.
We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for business losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
TO CONFIRM (reviewer) — the precise liability cap (if any) and any service-availability/warranty wording.We may update these terms or the services as they develop; we will post changes here and update the date above, and tell JK Pro account holders about significant changes in advance. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. You can stop using the services and close your account at any time; when you do, your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere — including in the United Kingdom or another EU country — you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
