If a limited company is formed, add the company number.We are based in Ireland, so our processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and our lead supervisory authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC).
We also offer our services to people in the United Kingdom, where the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 also apply, and JK Pro is open to practitioners anywhere in the world, including the United States. Wherever you live, we apply the same GDPR standard of protection and the same rights to your data.
TO CONFIRM (reviewer) — whether a UK representative (UK GDPR Article 27) is needed for an Ireland-based business offering services to people in the UK, and add their details here if so.When you enquire about coaching or performance analysis: your name, email address, phone number (if given), any information you choose to include about a player (which may include a child's first name and age), and the content of your message.
When you hold a JK Pro account: your name, email address, account credentials (passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, never in readable form), your two-factor authentication setup, your role (e.g. coach, analyst), and subscription and billing status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
Content you create in JK Pro:
Your usage statistics: the “JK Pro usage” page and the Home summaries (for example, reflections this month or reminders completed) are calculated from the records already in your own account. We do not track how you browse or click around the platform to produce them.
Technical data: limited information needed to keep the site and platform secure and working, such as your sign-in session and the essential browser storage described in “Cookies & local storage” below. Like any website, our hosting providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when you load a page. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
We use personal data only where data-protection law gives us a lawful basis to do so:
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising, and we do not use it to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
JK Pro uses AI to structure your notes into reports, suggest drills, fill gaps in a report when you ask it to, and answer questions in the co-pilot. To do this, the text you submit — and, for the co-pilot, a summary of the relevant records in your account (such as your team and player names) — is sent to our AI provider (see section 8), which processes it to return a response. Under our business terms with that provider, your content is not used to train its models. AI output is a support tool for your own professional judgement and can be wrong; please check it before relying on it.
The microphone button in JK Pro uses the speech-recognition feature built into your web browser. We do not receive or store any audio — only the text that appears in the box. However, your browser may send the audio to its own provider to convert it to text (for example Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, or Apple for Safari), under that provider's own privacy terms. If you prefer not to, simply type instead of dictating.
JK Pro accounts are for adults (18+) only. The platform is a professional tool for coaches and other practitioners; children do not hold accounts.
Where a coach records information about a player who is a child, the coach does so as part of their own coaching practice. The coach is responsible for having a lawful basis and the appropriate parental consent to record that player, and our terms require them to confirm this. We help keep this safe by minimising what can be stored (no dates of birth, no health or sensitive data), restricting each account so a coach can only ever see their own data, and making records easy to delete.
For our own coaching and performance-analysis services (booked through the website), we work with young players directly. We collect children's data only with a parent's or guardian's involvement and written consent, keep only what we need, and work within appropriate safeguarding vetting (Garda vetting in Ireland, and the equivalent check where required elsewhere). Our parental consent forms sit alongside this policy.
TO CONFIRM (reviewer) — review the children's-data handling and the parental consent form wording specifically, as this is the highest-risk area under the Irish DPC's guidance on children (the “Fundamentals”) and the UK ICO Children's Code.We do not ask for or intend to hold “special-category” data (such as health, medical or injury information) about players or users. Please do not enter it into the platform. If such data reaches us by mistake, we will delete it.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) we need to run our services, each under a data-processing agreement and only for the purposes below:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers (such as our accountant or legal adviser) under a duty of confidentiality.
Your JK Pro account data is stored in the EU. Some of the providers above (for example the AI, payment and email services) are based in, or may process data in, the United States or other countries outside the EU/UK. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an approved safeguard — the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension), or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (with the UK Addendum for UK data) — so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
If you use JK Pro from outside the EU and UK, your data will be transferred to, and stored in, the EU, and handled under the protections in this policy.

Access to the platform requires a strong password and mandatory two-factor authentication, and you are signed out automatically after a period of inactivity. Behind the scenes, database rules ensure each account can only ever access its own data, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and data is encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are kept in private storage that only your account can open, and are shared with you only through short-lived links when you open or download them. The software libraries the platform runs on are served from our own site rather than third-party networks. We keep access to the minimum needed to run the service.
Wherever you live, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email jameskeeleyfootball@gmail.com. We will respond within one month (this can be extended in limited cases, and we will tell you if so). We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the United States: we do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. The rights above — to know, access, correct and delete your personal information — are available to you, and you may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.

The public website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The JK Pro platform uses only essential browser storage, which is required for the service to work and is not used to track you:
